Sale of debt under Succession Agreement, 2001 in Vienna between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Croatia

- The debt originated between 1991 and 1992 between Serbian companies and companies from Croatia that operated within the same country of the former Yugoslavia.

- Serbian company sold a sugar company from Croatia and they have been doing it for many years. After the outbreak of war conflicts, the boom accounts from Croatia were blocked by the government of Croatia, so that the remaining debt towards Serbia's chambers was never paid off.

- Following the Succession Agreement in Vienna in 2001, this debt was entered into the claim process.

- Debt is reported to the government of R. Serbia so that all original documentation is in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia.

- The Government of the Republic of Serbia sent all the official copies of the documentation to the Government of R. Croatia is in a package with all the claims under the succession law that both countries have made after the agreement in Vienna.

- The value of debt on June 16, 2016, according to the official report of the court expert for economic and financial expertise, and by the method of the European Central Bank, EUR 7,741,289.11 The debt on this day is certainly more than 8.5 million euros.
